    I think the heal/hurt gun should be able to be used to reduce the time it takes for a turret nub to be ready for a turret rebuild. This would greatly help defenses when your base is being pushed. I mean, it's in the name of the weapon HEAL/HURT gun!! You can heal a turret. Why can't you heal the nub(N00B)?

    Agreed. There are few good countermeasures to get your base back up if the opposing team manages to get the ball down. Assassins love to just tap the ball, and if your turrets aren't up to snuff, they have an easy time with that. Healing nubs could counter that a great deal.

    Co-Signed.

    When i first started playing this game i recall trying to heal a damaged nub with the heal gun and being surprised it had no effect. If balanced correctly so it was not too fast there is no reason why a heal gun should not be able to speed up the down time of a damaged nub.

    Hmm...I was actually thinking that walking into the topic but then I thought that the whole reason turrent nubs have a cooldown at all is both to make turtling more difficult and to make any moment you(or your team) flinches in Blitz to be the end. It sounds appealing, it really does, but I think it's fine as it is.

    EDIT: And to be fair, I'm referring to turtling in Crossfire only. Yes yes yes it's a valid tactic...But in all honesty, it's boring as all hell and the goal in Crossfire is to...win. As opposed to stalemate.

    I agree with Wandrian.

    Breaching while the turret nubs are broken are supposed to be the way to deal with a support hacking & maintaining their base, no?

    Is it really neccessary to take that away?

    Better yet, they make Pit Girl a new class and she just fixes them ;)

    I agree. If they gave the ability to fix a turret nub to the class most likely to be camping it, well, there'd be little point in having the nub break in the first place.

    As long as the support can only shave about a quarter of the turret downtime off i am all for this idea.

    If a support is wasting time trying shave a few seconds off a hubs downtime, then they are not running about with a shotgun or protecting their silly little firebase's, this makes them so much easier to murderise.

    Dont really have an opinion on this.. waiting for a turret nub to heal is annoying, but I've always considered it one of the downsides of people letting their turrets get manhandled in the first place..

    I just wanted to add to this;

    In Blitz, the nubs come back immediately at the start of the next round.. not a big deal in Blitz, you just get there and rebuild quickly.

    I still think this is a good idea. The repair wouldn't be instant, it would just decrease the time the nub is down. It would allow you a better chance to get your defences back up more quickly.

    I don't suppose I mind it taking off a little time, but too much time and you could break the game.

    Could we then hurt the turret nubs as a offense player
