No developer told me to be patient. Besides that, I paid for this game twice the price of the decent game so I have right to be twice as demanding. If you want, you can sponsor someone's project and have little or no expectations. If you want, you can sponsor my projects and demand nothing or little back.
No, no you don't have the right to be demanding. You can make requests, but ultimately, you gave money for what Uber is making and how they decide to make it. They're not your private client, and PA is not your project.
