I thought it would be cool to create a thread for people to post screenshots of planets crashing into planets and other outstanding examples of large-scale destruction. Maybe if we make it good enough it'll get pinned. So, post your screenshots of destruction! I'm don't have any particularly great screenshots at the moment, so sorry for being a hypocrite.
I guess I am the first to post one. This was the first time that I pulled one off! Ended up in a draw, because there was only the one moon and the one starting planet, but it was worth it! Kiss of death! EVERYTHING on the planet is destroyed! How to make a crater in ONE easy step! Aftermath (Lava Planet, I think, but no Lava fill yet) Coming soon to a planet near you!
I guess that answers the question of if it's possible to smash a moon from one planet into another planet! I wonder if you can target another moon? Was that an AI game? Looked like quite a lot of air power circling that enemy base!
I was just playing the ai. They only build air and a single air factory patrolling their base let's you test things out Inter planetary combat isn't finished enough to me for multiplayer so I just do single worlds for now I tried to fire earth s moon into mercury initially and it refused to do it. I don't know why. I ended up firing it into venus and it worked fine. I'm not sure the restrictions. I know the next couple patches will be improving it
I did this. Someone may have done that before, but I haven't heard of it so I decided to see what happens.
