Metal deposits hard to see / find (specially for a noob)

Hi,

I recently started playing PA over the weekend and found that metal deposits very hard to find / see. This is especially the case on the metal world where they are practically indistinguishable from the background on low brightness/contrast screens.

It would be really nice if they were highlighted in bright green or something when you are building a metal extractor.

It would also be really nice if they appeared on the zoomed out map. This would make it much easier to see where you'd likely find the enemy metal extractors too.

Just a noobs first observation when playing PA.

Oh nice, I didn't know that either. It should be enabled by default IMO.

Yeah, I've seen this suggested before and I agree.

+1 to it being enabled by default.

Having it on by default would be nice. also, quick idea, have some kind of flashy icon over ALL possible metal points when you're placing your extractor?
Like some kind of targety thing.
