I pulled it off once and for the life of me I still have no idea how I made it happen.

Ok, so I build an Orbital Launcher and I build the spaceship that will carry my commander.

How do I then make the thing go into planetary orbit, and then break orbit to go to another moon/ Planet?

What buttons do I need to press?

Also, for those who are wondering, if you want to build a planet that can be capable of engines, its mass needs to be at 1000. Hope that helps some of you system designers.

I have used it only in 1 friendly fight and it was a whole ordeal to get it to work properly, but I load my commander in it, then click on a position on the new planet(zoom in and select a spot) and the select the s. move option. It seems to move it to the planet instead of hanging in orbit.

And I tried the planet engine thingy, but my friend left before I could test it out D:

    Here are the steppes:

    1. Build orbital launcher
    2. Build lander and use the S.Move button (two white arrows, up and down in the UI in the right) on your current planet to land the lander.
    3. Select you commander/any ground, non naval fabricator and click on the lander
    4. Select the lander and use the S.Move button , zoom out of your current planet and zoom into the selected planet and press the left mouse button.
    - The lander will now leave orbit to move to the target celestial body. If the body is a moon orbiting your current planet, then the transfer will be direct, if it is another planet the lander will fly towards the sun and use it's gravity as an gravitational slingshot (it will go around the sun) then it will move toward the selected planet. If it is a moon orbiting another planet then it will do a combination of both: go around the sun to the planet and the go from the planet to the moon.
    5. When the lander is on the moon you click unload on the lander and then select the ground where to do just that
