    Is this a bug? or by design?

    I just watched as about 20 T2 tanks firing at a building did 0 damage for about 10 seconds due to wreckage in front of it. As soon as the wreckage was removed this was fixed and the building was promptly smashed to a pulp :D. Can this be changed so that tanks can shoot through buildings?

    I have also had problems with tanks firing into the floor rather than their intended target. Can you please increase the height of their rounds to avoid this or at least make it obvious when they will shoot the floor rather than the target.

    The beta is awesome btw! Thanks Uber!

    Sounds like it's working as intended at the moment.

    Are you sure there wasn't a slight hill or something that otherwise got in the way?

    Wreckage has an important role to play by blocking projectiles. Not a bug.

    When playing on maps with a higher height range you often end up with units shooting ground or not shooting at all. That isn't ideal, and at the moment and it feels like a bug.

    It also seems to be more noticeable as random planets often have a bigger height range. I think that was something that changed with the beta update.

    planet height is a bit sketchy at the moment, most matches are played on low height (sometimes even 0)

    destroying a building "wrecks" it, a wreck is still an entity in the game, and can either be "reclaimed" for resources, or destroyed, it will still block projectiles (taking full damage doing so)

    That is something that can happen with simulated projectiles, they follow specific paths and arcs(as applicable) and if something gets in the way, it stops the projectile.

    See this helpful chart;

    Love it.

    I would love it to be something to think about. At the moment its unclear and there arn't enough units/weapon types to make use of it.
