The difficulty experienced is especially weird; if I use Ctrl-Alt-Del to start the task manager, it sometimes shows the content of the screen, but the screen still appears frozen. If I click around on the screen, the audio responds, but the screen remains frozen, and the buttons that respond do so when clicking somewhere else on the screen where they are. When using windowed mode, nothing responds at all. I would also like to note that when I tell the launcher to verify the files, it seems to give up about halfway through... Attached is the dxdiag again in case it was missed previously
Your hardware and drivers are okay, probably you just need to wait before new version because current build have problems with at least part of Nvidia graphics cards.
