Alright guys, now I know this is just about the noobiest question I can ask, I haven't found anything that might get me an answer yet, but here it goes: I am a backer who bought beta access (via PayPal) before the game was even in pre alpha. When I look under "my keys" it does show the key I need, however when I click into it it says: PLANETARY ANNIHILATION Description Retail Game Key Status Not yet eligible for activation Maybe up at Uber they are just having some technical issue, but really, I want to know why it isn't out for me, and when it will be. Seeing that Uber has already launched their beta trailer, I would think beta would be available to me now. Sorry if there is some announcement that I missed, (I do tend to miss those) but I would really appreciate it if I could get an answer. Thanks if you can help!
Are you sure you bought Beta key and not retail pre-order? You can easily check your old transactions in PayPal. If you'll see less than $60 there it's mean you bought retail key. If you 100% sure that you paid for Beta key and don't get it contact Uber support though tickets: http://support.uberent.com/open.php
here is what it says in the key's code: PURCHASED ITEMS ITEMPRICEQTY Combat Edition Retail Game Key Theta Commander $40.001 did I purchase non beta? i'm pretty sure it said it included the beta key...
