Cant Download PA "pasetup.exe" does not run on mac...HELP!

How do I find the .DMG file to install Alpha PA on mac???

I can't find it anywhere and the stupid email i got only had a link to a .EXE file!

Yah, unfortunately we have a known bug with Mac users and Steam. We are currently working to resolve this. But linking your UberNet and Steam account again should do the trick

I just linked my steam acct with uber, and now the download has started through steam.

Question: is there any disadvantage to playing PA through Steam? Or is it all the same?

I hope the beta or retail version will be easier to install...

Steam is working, UberNet won't install.

My accounts are linked, but i'm still not able to download the launcher for UberNet via the link you guys posted (I still get the same error message). Will this be fixed?

Should I be concerned? In other words, is there a disadvantage to playing over Steam vs. UberNet?

There isn't a disadvantage to playing PA through Steam - it is pretty much identical to the direct download version.

For future reference, you can enter your PA key at https://store.uberent.com/download/pa. This is the same page linked to by the Instant Access cards we sold at PAX. After entering your code, it lists the download links for Windows, Mac and Linux.

Problem solved!

I have a similar problem downloading the MacOS X version from.

The link cited above (I can't post links as a noob!)

I used to be able to download and run PA from that link without a problem, now I get caught in a login page loop. If I enter my correct details I get the login page again. If I force a mistake in my password I get the red failure message.

I know my username/password works, I've reset it several times and I'm using it to post this message.

Is this with Safari? Have you been able to clear out cookies and try again?

This is with Chrome.
Clearing cookies solved it.
