HElp GAME has not been activated yet?

what i did...
1.paypal purchase
2.generate steam key
3.download on steam by adding game by a key
4. enable access for assistive devices
5.start game try to log in

i have attachment of problem,

also i cant quit game i have to press down my power button ?

This error mean you have some problem with automatic Steam account linking.
Usually it's problem for Linux users, but some Windows/Mac users have same problems for unknown reasons.

You need to go here:
https://uberent.com/user/linksteam
And link your Steam account to your UberNet account. After you need to log out from this forum and login again, so you get permissions to access alpha subforum:
viewforum.php?f=71

When you will able to see alpha forums you will able to play game also.
