If we pre-ordered through steam, will we get all the perks like planetary naming, Delta and Theta commander, the wallpaper and soundtrack, ect?

No, Steam Early Access is the exact same as the Galactic Edition available directly from Uber. That's why it costs the same. The only difference is that when you buy from Steam they take a cut so Uber gets less money to roll back into the game. Mike
Knight is correct. Steam is identical to Galactic edition. The perks are the same. As he said, the main diff is we get less money. Also, if you buy through steam, it's currently impossible to upgrade if you decide you want Cosmic edition. We don't have an easy way to allow that.
Where do we get access to the perks if we bought on Steam? I bought on Steam and when I go to the "My Keys" section of the Uber website, it shows that I have no keys :\ Edit: Right now I'm just trying to get a hold of the Desktop Wallpaper, and I guess that might not be finalized yet?
A lot of the perks aren't done yet. They'll be available on your account when they are. Keys from Steam are not visible in our key management because we don't manage the key - Steam/Valve does.
