Tourney?

Its just an idea that someone with a bit more experience should host a MASS gentleman's ladder tourney over this whole weekend. bigger than anything we have done....? just a suggestion now that the new build has been launched it would be cool to see people testing it out in tournaments. Ill even vouch for the prize for 2nd. ($20-25)

Experience in what? holding tournaments? Playing PA?

Edit: What was wrong with the last tournament, I thought it went quite well

Ok sorry, getting all defensive about my tournament

+1 for another tournament. Just finding the numbers is quite difficult. I'd like to hold a 2v2 soon but my system isn't quite ready for it..

i could help host it....i custom made mine ill also put money into the draw

I'm in. 2v2 is nice. I like team play. But as said finding players may be hard.

we just need a minimum of 12 players (6 teams)

A few points:

• We've had two tournaments recently
• The game is likely to change drastically over the next few weeks
• We are soon going to enter Beta, which will give a much larger pool of players to enter the tournament

I'd suggest waiting a few weeks until we're firmly into Beta, and I think holding a larger tournament will be much easier then. It also gives Oxide time to add the necessary bits to his already excellent tournament thingy

I agree with cwarner. I can wait a few weeks =)

Invitational #2 with cash prizes will be coming after beta is launched. Qualifiers will be held to make sure we get the best players entering (possibly eight invites and eight qualifiers). Details are being worked out, but in the meantime enjoy the remainder of the videos from Invitational #1 (the semi finals and final include some great games!)

Ill put in money towards that...maybe $20-$30
