I need help please game wont start

hello i am currently having trouble playing planetary annihilation every time i start the game i get this internal screen of blackness i can still hear the game sound in the log in menu but idk what to do, all of my drivers are updated and here are my computer specs i am also running on windows 8 the game worked fine until the last 2 updates released .can some one please help me
