I'm afraid not, you can get your friends to sign up themselves; but you can't transfer it to someone else if you win.

You guys should get a plush and do a giveaway for it. I want one of dem plush commanders lol

That's something we're working on for a future giveaway. To start with, getting some more aspiring players in-game is a good accomplishment, and makes the new players really excited for PA!
