Hi, when I try too start up PA the window goes black, the steam symbol pops up in the bottom left corner but never really goes away. If I try too maximize the window the game stops responding and I have too hitend task. I use too be able to play until the most recent patch.

My problem is slightly different than the one stated in the first link. I can't hear anything when I start the game, the game just goes straight to the black screen once I click on the desktop icon.
Currently it's doesn't really mater because game completely broken for Intel HD 2000/3000 on Windows and it's confirmed by the developers. If developers fix the main issue and you'll have any other problem please back to this topic and I'll try to help you with it. But for now you might only update your drivers and wait for next build.
There has currently been a hot fix put out for this issue. It fixed mine, I just wanted to made sure you were aware of this.
