Game fails to load in latest update...

I just updated the game, and everything is normal at first but it is not displaying the game, the launcher is still good and the game comes up in a window but the window has nothing inside it but the color black and my cursor, which is the usual P.A. in-game style cursor. I tried verifying the files, but the seem to be intact. I don't know what is wrong with the game.


P.S. My computer has a windows 8 O.S. and has a Intel core i3 processor.

I have the same problem with my laptop running windows 7.

Please attach your DxDiag. Game only broken for Intel HD2000/3000 owners under Windows.

According to Intel website you have Intel HD 2500 which is from same generation as Intel HD 4000.
So you actually need to download latest drivers and game will work for you:

wait now HD 2500 fits in the picture??? I thought that one is below minimum requirements?

HD 2000/3000 it's older iGPU on Sandy Bridge and HD 2500/4000 it's newer on Ivy Bridge. HD 2500 faster than HD 3000, of course in terms of Intel graphics.

Actually PA have better performance on Intel HD than you might think. Probably it's caused by virtual textures which may work better because there is no overhead on data transfer from RAM to VRAM.
