There is also new update for HD2000/3000 (available from 18 august), but it's not fix black screen problem.

Hey guys, I'm having the same problem, after clicking play in the client launcher it will go to a black screen with sound and thats it.

How can we let them know we have this problem.

At least in the office, that "fixed" isn't accurate. I have personally tried four different HD4000 machines (one 4600, one 4000) that runs perfectly fine. We have limited hardware we can test on of course, but I'm still inclined to think this is a driver issue, at least in some cases. In some, there may be actual hardware issues that we need to resolve in our rendering pipeline to get 2000/3000 line working again. But right now, still trying to gather enough information to know which - driver issue or rendering pipeline issue, or possibly a little of both.

Okay thanks, I've already updated my drivers on this PC and still nothing. I mean, 18th of this month is when the driver update was made. So, I believe it's a game-side issue, like the rendering pipeline issue. I am really hoping that you can fix it, because if not, I'll probably cry in a hole because this was and is my favourite game. Until the game-fixing update is released, and after so, good luck.

Have play 2 matches both game freeze,i went ou return was able to play bit moore and freeze again,was a 3v3 only miss 1 to kill and game stop when i come back acu was alone vs 1 acu ,my +100 units where back off me just wait

8/25/13 game updated and game is not responding, black screen.
update killed game roll back the update so we can play again while the problem is fixed, it is not a driver issue

I updated all my drivers and whenever I start the game it's a black screen with just the cursor and music, but I can do anything on my computer while it's open. It's not making my computer crash the only thing wrong is there is no video for the game. What should I do?

After the patch i have now this problem.

My problem is that, when I start the game the game window is black, also my computer starts not new but I can close the window of PA.exe and may start and play other games with no problems.
My Video Card is the NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M and I have a Intel Core i7-3630QM processor.

If you have this problem that mean you run PA on integrated Intel card.
