This is really low end GPU. It's should handle game after release, but for current state of alpha you really need more powerful hardware. You still can buy or pre-order game if you like it, so you money going into future development. But if you want to start play immediately game probably not yet ready for your hardware. E.g you will able to finish few games, but only on some small moons. I also recommend you keep track of changes in next builds because Uber want to push some client optimizations, probably game will be more playable on low-end hardware. And I also recommend to add extea 4GB, RAM is cheap these days.
