I backed PA at the BETA level, but I wanted to upgrade for $10 to the Alpha promotion going on, however when I go to 'upgrade' it says I don't have any keys/products eligible for an upgrade. It's like my BETA purchase isn't tied to my uber account? Any ideas on how to fix this? My email on the uber account is the same email used on my kickstarter account.
Could you PM me with the email address you originally backed with? Don't post it here in the main thread, unless you really want a lot of extra email.
