we wanted to start a game yesterday but it seemed someone was afk so we could not start. I think a kickbutton is quite normal in these cases.
It's a good idea and would be very useful but currently they are probably busy with many other things. It has been suggested before as well don't worry.
Yep it's common for the originator to be afk - sometimes I've seen a single game sit there for ages with some afk guy in it, and it's like a little honeypot attracting players who join, sit there, realise and then leave. A 'ring' or 'bell' function would be handy so you can ding people back to the keyboard...
Or just a votekick button. Not that popular vote is always the best way to go... You won't believe hoe many times I've heard of people being kicked because they are a "******", "jew", "gay", or a combination of the 3. But we're better than that, right guys?
