Problems with opening the game

I bought the game through steam. When I try to run it through steam, it just crashes. Is there some way I can get a game key from steam and play it through the ubernet launcher?

If you still expedience crash problem please try to run PA.exe directly and upload your DxDiag.txt

You buy game on Steam you only need to play game once though Steam. Then your Steam and Uber accounts linked and you able to use Uber launcher.
So right now you should be able to get launcher:
https://store.uberent.com/download/palauncher.exe
And update and run game though it.

I figured out the problem. I simply had to update my video card drivers. Thanks for the reply

I can't launch from Steam (on a Win7 box) either, but the palauncher works as far as getting to the splash screen with the updates, but goes no further. On my Mac it started up no problems.

You mean when you click "Play" nothing happens? Can you please try to run PA.exe directly and check what error it show?

Got it working. Took a bit of updating and fiddling around.
