This is just a dummy account I just created to be able to ask for help... The problem I have is that I can't login with my main account on the forum. When I login on the login page it tells me that I've been logged in and when I got back to the forum from the login page I'm not logged in. BUT, I'm succesfully being logged in at the store. It's been like this for months. I'm pretty sure the problem occured when I changed email address. This is my main profile: memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=1754040 Dunno why last visited is set to 6 July. I'll try something and see if it updates again. EDIT: No, it didn't update the date. I tryed logging in with both my email addresses. Still don't know why it updated 6 July, but I did try to log in for quiet some time that sunday.
It's just been said by the devs a bazillion times over the year(s). It might be in the PA alpha forum, but I don't have access to it. It's from when I played SMNC, and that's how I know about it. It's not specifically for SMNC though. In fact, it's rarely for SMNC and mostly for PA people, but specifically for account-related problems.
Nope. That's the only one. As a matter of fact, the devs in the forums will just redirect you to that email address. It will be quicker some days and slower other. You can try emailing info@uberent.com (though they'll probably either tell you to send it to support or redirect it there themselves)
Now it works. I got a reply today. They must have missed the other support ticket or something. It was as I thought. The information at the forum didn't update correctly when I changed email address.
