Going to bump this by saying that they have since this post updated their kickstarter page with an in-engine gameplay visualization and a very detailed description of a mission gameplay. those things are in kickstarter update #26 and should pull you over the edge if you have any interest in squad based tactics, cyberpunk or just the idea of a very detailed open-world city simulation where you can truly influence the world in a non-scripted, incredibly emergent way... It just looks fricking brilliant..
