There is no different type of game. The game will be the same for everyone. You pay for the extras like "Beta Access" or "Digital Artbook" and stuff. This changes nothing to the game when it will be released.

Technically yes. Simply for the fact of a few extra stuff you get with the package. All packages in the Store are bundled with the same version of PA.

Cities XL charged for Muilti player. There have been a few games released that you needed to pay extra to get the full version lots of them now called DLC by some places.

The different types of "editions" (which is not the same as "versions") presents different types of special editions if you want so.
The core game is the same. You pay more for the specials. That's the deal.

Are the 2 glitches i found easily being worked on before beta? Eng-v can build far away and Eng-A can repair the commander with out leaving its location?

The game was funded with all goals. So everything will be in the game or will be updated for free. This is the last information I have.

All the devs working hardcore on every glitch you have seen and have not seen. Since day one of the alpha there came out a whole bunch of patches. Everything is under control here, commander.

Uber decided they needed alpha testers, but to ensure their alpha testers were of the right quality, they set the bar high, so only $90 tier people (ie people who really care) got alpha access. All the people who bought in at that tier, well, that's enough alpha testers. If that had not been enough, they would have lowered the cost to recruit more alpha testers.

This is just common sense, as none of the tiers claim to include future DLC.

Possibly you are mixing up the galactic edition which includes alpha access and the galactic war which is part of the game for everyone?
