Metal Spots!

    We just played a game using metal spots. Expect the next build to require you to use them!

    The distribution of them is still screwy, I have to put in some work to come up with a better algorithm for distribution.

    Are you going for the TA style "can be built anywhere but only work on a metal spot" or the SC style "will snap to metal spots and can't be built anywhere else"?

    That would be my preferred option, but I've no-idea whether that level of user friendliness would be implemented yet at this point in the alpha.

    Of course, they may have been waiting to get the current building snapping feature working and released, as a metal point snapping feature would probably use similar code.

    Build has been tested and will be pushed within a few hours assuming nothing explodes.
