I have just bought the Galactic version of the game and generated a " Steam Activation Code" When I use the Uber Lancher Mk II and copy in my activation code, it comes out invalid. What am I doing wrong?
The Steam Activation code is for use with Steam, not for our launcher. Choosing convert your key to a Steam Key is only if you wanted to play the game using Steam and not using our launcher. Unfortunately if you didn't want to use Steam there's no way to convert your key back. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_art ... -TFBN-1352 Luckily once you've activated the game in Steam and linked your Ubernet account by running the game through Steam once you can use the Uber Launcher again.
Well this is a problem... I activated the steam code before activating my game and now when I try and activate the steam code through steam it keeps coming up with an error message about connectivity issues.
You will need to make sure that you can connect to the Steam servers to be able to activate a key for any game on Steam. Make sure you don't have Peer Block running and that you can sign into Steam successfully and see people online on your Steam friends list.
