Steam key switch over?

Deleting steam.txt doesn't allow the OSX version to login.

You try logging into the game with the Windows version? Had to do that to get it to work for me as well

OSX should work from steam fine. Please note it also has serious problems and we plan on pushing a new OSX build today.

The issue with Linux is that there is no steam DLL for 64-bit linux. So the workaround is logging in once using windows and then deleting the steam.txt.

We are cooking up a work around for this issue until the 64-bit steam dll is ready.

So the new workaround should make it so people wouldn't have to login through Windows?

Yeah, that is an issue with Steam on linux in general with 64bit at the moment. It is only 32bit I think.

i played before on a different windows machine.
Now on OSX (Steam) i also get the same error message about Error connecting to Ubernet - Title has not been activated.

What can i do to help it?

Deleting the steam.txt did not help it.

Yes. That linking page... there needs to be a link to it somwhere.
Only link I could find was in some forums post back then when for some reason I needed to link my accounts(I think it was for that additonal stuff for SMNC you get as PA backer... but never played that game... only wanted to have more useless stuff in my Steam inventory).

I just converted my Uber-key to a Steam key but there's a problem.

On the key page it says that I should be able to use both Steam and the Uber launcher to play PA.
To launch it via Steam is no problem but the Ubernet server are greyed out so I can't access the sanbox mode or see the list of available games.

And if I use the PA launcher now it says I'm not authorised to use it.

Edit: I got the Ubernet servers in Steam working but I'm still not authorised to use the PA launcher.
Edit 2: Now I'm authorised to use the launcher again.

Can we switch a steam copy over to Ubernet? because my game does not want to launch through steam maybe your client will actually work for it?

i have the same problem but i have played once with the uber launcher then i converted it to steam and now it is saying that error message how do i fix this ?

You need to link your UberNet and Steam accounts here:

Then you will able to launch game though Uber launcher.

Also if you have problems with downloading/updating on Steam try to restart Steam client, it's helps for 99% problems.

i think i might get the same error that he is talking about, it happens after i try to log into my acount.
