GAME INFO: Where's the centralized community info?

Hey fellas, old TA/SC player here

I bought the $90 Alpha. I want to contribute, offer up real bugs, and I want to see more info on WHAT is allowed/intended in gameplay (Eg. Buildings built into cliffs, buildings partially built on top of each other, Mass extractor gather rates when On/Off a mass site, etc)

I really don't have much spare time in my day, but I did look at the wikia and through these forums. Am I missing a sticky thread or wiki that has our combined knowledge being dumped?

Do the reverse approach: Check the bugtracker. Everything that is in there is not intended.
As for things that are unfinished/placeholders/will be different in the final game: Pretty much everything.
