create topic report bug for beta pretty please

:shock: i want to start betatesting now; sorry for grammar i dont speak and write English so well :|

1. well stopping and continuing construction on certain buildings will make engineer's unable to continue construction on that building

2. units in the center mass of an army have no way of navigating out of the center if you needed them out side of the mass

3. units unable to navigate around structures in a orderly fashion... *not able to determine to go above or below a line of structures resulting in having to manually tell them where to go

thats all i've seen so far
