No Kickstarted bonus keys - no response from Uber so far :/

Hi,

I dont have the 3 bonus keys from my kickstarter pledge on my Uber account yet.

I have emailed info@uberent.com 3 times about this over the past 7 days and have had no response whatsoever, not even an automatic "we got your email ya jerk" reply, or a "this is the wrong place to be emailing for this problem. Emails haven't bounced back so im sure theyre are going somewhere

This thread indicates that we should already have these keys:

I have completed/finalised my pledge etc through the kickstarter pledge email sent out a couple months back.

Would be good to hear from someone as to how i go about getting this fixed.

Just got a response from Marc. Lock this thread up tight this appears to be a known issue which will be resolved soon for everyone.
