This is your problem, game not working on Intel video at moment. Alpha currently need at least middle end AMD/Nvidia card.
http://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-Grap ... 883.0.html I seriously doubt you'll ever get PA running very well with with that card. According to NotebookCheck, it's pretty weak, struggling to run almost all recent games after 2009 on even the lowest settings.
It might run on low if you get newer drivers. Basically Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge are both things we actively test on. This stuff is a bit older. Try updating drivers and then set everything to low.

How is that even possible? Intel iGPU with an AMD CPU? I was not aware of the fact, that Intel produced AMD compatible chip-sets...
