Reset to Zero

Last night I played until about 9pm and I was a level 43 buzzer. This morning, I'm a zero. Any way to fix that? :?:

I just noticed SOME of my stats are still preset in the game. My leaderboard stats are there. Blitz high round 140, Lifetime earnings $4,042,678

I'm not so much concerned about the rank as I am my lifetime earnings. I'd like that back. I can upload a pic if necessary.

Go to the locker room. If your stats still show up there correctly, it should reset by itself after you play for a bit.

Yeah, I checked there first. All stats reset to zero.

I guess I need to find a telephone number for Uber Entertainment.

MNC is still in Beta so it's not that big of a deal. Everything is going to be reset on release. This probably has something to do with playing with Steam in Offline mode. Try disabling Steam Cloud Synchronization until this is fixed.

I think he's talking about the 360 ver.

I bought both versions, but yes, it's my xbox 360 account that I'm concerned with.

OK. Just in case this happens to anyone else, the fix is supposed to be deleting your local xbox profile and recovering your gamertag.

It didn't work for me because I didn't know that this was the fix until several days after I lost my stats. My old leaderboard stats were still showing up in the "ticker" for a day and once they changed to reflect my new earnings I knew it was too late.

I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
