Nice to see, hopefully one of the reviews will tell me that the controls feel smooth. Because it's one of the things we cannot tell ourselves without first playing the game.

This. I was about to post this. This is good. It seems to good to be true even. Did they misunderstand something you Uber guys said or is this really true?

    Kick ***.

This is a game where it will be crystal clear if a reviewer has actually thoroughly played the game or not.

I'm assuming the embargo lifted today.

They sent some codes out a while ago after it was certified by MS the first time. They then made some improvements and resubmitted it to MS. It was OKed this past Friday. I'm assuming the people giving reviews are doing so based off of the review codes that were sent out a while ago.

Here's a link to an article on Kotaku that talks about it.

UPDATE: The new codes have been generated as Xbox.com has shown that 2 devs are currently playing on their personal Xboxen.

Glad to see good reviews. After the disappointments of Blacklight:Tango Down and Breach's delay I was beginning to wonder if any of the XBLA shooter promises were going to come through. This look great and as long as the controls are tight it should be a purchase.

Part of me is really happy the game is getting such great review but another part of me hates it because now the wait for this game to come out seems even longer.

Its nice to see what people think, however im not one to listen to reviews, i play it first to make my judgment.

But anyways seeing really good reviews like that just makes me think its gonna be even more awesome than i thought!

    IGN Review is in:

    8 / 10

Monday Night Combat doesn't offer a large variety of modes or maps, but all of the content being offered is focused and fun. With so many "serious" shooters out there trying to be hardcore, this lively, playful effort is refreshing. It's a great fit for Xbox Live and manages to stand out in a crowded genre.
