Whenever I try and start the game from the launcher I get an error saying this

    Launch Error
There was an error launching the game. Please verify your game files.

I've kept verifying my files and each time it says they are up to date. I am not using steam just the launcher from the website. Please help! I paid 90 bucks to test this and can't! :/

Please post computer specs, or better yet, a DxDiag for technical issues. It helps with sorting them out.

Did you run the launcher with an administrator account?

Your DxDiag says "Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit". Right now Planetary Annihilation is not support 32-bit operation systems. Good news that your processor is 64-bit compatible, so you able to upgrade your OS to 64-bit.

But probably your hardware (especially GeForce 9800M GS from 2008) is too weak to run alpha version of PA, even on 64-bit. It's time to upgrade your hardware.

What sxx said. The alpha currently requires a 64-bit Windows OS. Eventually we'll support 32-bit, but I can't give a time estimate as for when.

The Nvidia GeForce 9800 GS graphics chipset you have in that laptop is going to be a bit slow to run the game on even with 64 bit.
