If you have any important data on your computer I recommend you to ask/pay service to do that. It's isn't really a good idea to give random people from internet access to your computer. But if you have no important data you might just get DVD/USB with windows installer and than do installation yourself. It's pretty simple and there tons of youtube manual about that.
with Team Viewer you don't have to give permissions for them to use the computer they can show you where to click but they cant control anything
