My computer runs PA absolutely fine, and everything renders exactly as it should with no game lag (at all). However after about ten minutes i start to experience a delay between commands and unit movements, this gets bad eventually taking up to ten minutes for a unit to move after taking a command. I assume this is a network issue, is my connection inadequate for Alpha? Its just strange as this only happens later in game. DL: 11 Mb/s UP: 0.4 Mb/s
Re: Strange command lag (Unsure if bug or if inadequate spec I've had the same issue and found it to be the playback settings. If you click the clock in the bottom right you'll notice that you're watching the game "back in time" from when you're making the orders. Not sure whether caused by lag or some other bug, but scrolling to the present game time on your playback timeline fixes it temporarily.
