Ordered today. Will I get my alpha key late?

I ordered the $90 edition today from the Uber store. Been looking forward to this since day one of the kickstarter and I just got paid, so I figured it was about time to order it. Then I come on here and see the alpha is due for an "imminent" release and I about had a heart attack from joy.

I read on these forums the alpha keys will not go out all at once. First the kickstarter backers in order of purchase, then the Uber store customers in order of purchase (me), and then finally Steam early access on the 7th. Since I just ordered this morning (a few hours ago) will I get the alpha key late? By late I mean a day or two behind the kickstarter backers.

I think even Uber doesn't know how fast they'll release the keys. This depends entirely on server status.

Lets say they invite 2000 Kickstarter backers right now. If that means that the server suddenly crashes, they won't invite any more for a while.

The smoother the process, the more confident Uber will get. If they are more confident, they'll invite more people faster.

The steam release isn't set in stone, it's a goal. If the servers are completely dead for this entire week (which I don't expect) then they'll delay that one too.

TL;DR: You get your Alpha invite between now and December.

There only 3 days left before game will be available on Steam. I totally sure that Uber make everything to get servers working before that happen.

Uber will give you key as fast as possible when they will be totally sure that everything working like it's designed to.

You need to understand that "kickstarter backers first" isn't any kind of privilege, it's just for obvious reasons: developers can't run servers for everyone (8000+ people with alpha access) in one moment. It's technically possible, but if something going wrong they will upset 2000-3000 people. So they need to rollout alpha slowly to keep everything under control.

You won't get it late, most of them will go out pretty quickly.
