(Not Quite) For Backers Only: System Specs

As this is only relevant to people who've purchased, it's kinda for backers only, though honestly applies to anyone who intends to buy. We're trying to gather more metrics, in particular for alpha, but even for beta and launch, about what systems people plan to play on.

I tried to keep it fairly short, and should only take a minute.

This should help us to determine a good sense of what people plan on playing with. Feel free to pass this on to friends, I'm cross posting to reddit as well. We don't need a kajillion responses, just looking to get a sense of at least a small sample of alpha, beta and retail players.

Also, if you have an nvidia family card, please select from the choices, don't use other. We don't need exact model. Knowing family is far more useful. Thanks for the responses so far! (You can't go back and edit, so don't worry if you already selected other.. hopefully we'll get a lot of responses)

Done too, although my specs are pretty low (it's me with the GT 540m), I will probably have upgraded my rig by the time beta rolls out.
I do not expect the game to run well in alpha, but having it running, even on lowest settings, would be nice!

According to this i have 2 quad cores in my laptop so, thats cool.

Done, kind of wish it had an option for additional PCs you plan to use, as it was I just did the specs for my primary gaming PC, but I also plan to play on my laptop (Win7 x64, i7 CPU and 660m GPU) and potentially host a server on my media/svn server (XP 32bit, Q9550 CPU, no GPU).

For the linux guys there could be another interesting question: "what kind of video drivers do you use?"

And if intel HD can only use open source, and nvidia can only use the proprietary blob (nouveau is not up for games yet), the radeon on the other hand, has quite a valid alternative between mesa and catalyst.

I hope that the game will run under mesa (to date it's OpenGL 3.0, GLSL 1.3).

Blows my mind how many people are on 32-bit with more than 4 gigs of RAM....
