Initially, I would say, if you don't know whether you are getting alpha access, then you probably will not. However, a more serious answer would be that when you paid for the Kickstarter/Pre-Order option, it would have told you. I think alpha access for pre-orders was about $90 and up, and similar with the pre-orders.
Thats right, 90$+ qualify for Alpha access, whereby 90$ is the version without any physical goods. For 40$ (Kickstarter) / 60$ (Uber store) you are entitled for Beta access and anything else will just give you access to the actual game once it is released. You can check you access level in the Uber store after logging in. You can also upgrade there to add Beta or Alpha access by paying the difference.

This. However, as far as we know, the first wave of Alpha access is going out to those who paid more and earlier. So the more you paid and the earlier you got the Kickstart / Preorder the sooner you should get into alpha. Everyone with alpha access will eventually get into the alpha.
Log into kickstarter and look at the PA page. It will tell you what level you pledged. That's the best way to be sure.
