It's surprising how many people outside of the Netherlands absolutely DISGUST liquorish.

My spanish friends didn't want to get close to it.

Yea I know. What's there not to like about liquorish? I'mma get some right now.

I like the way it makes my breath feel cold when I chew on them.

I used to love the little generic hard candies, but I can't find good sugar free ones.

I'm not disgusted by liquorish, but I don't exactly love the stuff.

I've only ever seen it once here in UK, I tried it and it was one of the best things ever.

You should go to Finland, they LOVE liquorice/salmiaak (probably misspelt).
Probably depends on what you grew up on, i like my candy fruity and not super-strong (except mint, i like strong mint)

No idea about Finland, but in Holland, salmiak is just salty liquorish.

While we're on finnish candy, these were pretty tasty: a shame they have to be tied to an over-popular app.
