I'd say:

Universal Assembler

because it's a reference to a Universal Assembler as proposed by Drexler and a wordplay to assembling universes, which is what it does basically.

Or maybe the Uber Assembler if you prefer Uber in the name...

I like this one the most.

I like Uber Labs (plus LAB = Light Assault Bot).
There is however a, albeit possibly defunct, company by that name sitting on the domain http://www.uberlabs.com

Hub is also good. A central place.
The word Orbit the comes to mind for obvious reasons.
Barycentre is a continuation of that theme but perhaps to obscure (link).
Heading further out, Perihelion, is one of many great words from that area.

Annihilation Resource Manufactory. 'Cause the ARM was totally better than the CORE Barring that, Planetary Anvil is a nice name too. Bank Account Extractor made me giggle

How about Faction Foundry?

Just thought since it's user created content, that whatever your going to call each "faction" (team?) would fit into it and help describe what you are offering.

I put Hub in to a thesaurus and some words jumped out:

• Core
• Crux
• Nucleus
• Epicentre
• Kernel

That last one made me think all "computery", like:

• Compiler
• Assembler
