Well, a good site to search and find proper and good wallpapers is http://www.wallbase.cc
This is where i find alot of good pictures.
Maybe its about time to drag out a new picture from my files?

I'll share some of those I have, not all are directely PA-like but they are still awesome 1920*1080 space wallpapers. I'll have to make a double post (sorry) since the forum won't let me attach more than 5 pics per post.

It is disappointing to see when an artist is not properly recognised for his work. The last image there of the black world with magma cracks is a digital Blasphemy wallpaper. He does some fantastic work. He watermarks his images, but it seems someone has cut that off the bottom of the image.

I agree. Not going to delete the existing images, but if you post something, please try and make sure it has the appropriate attribution. If you recognize an image and have a version with the proper attribution, please post them. Don't like it when artists (of any sort) don't get recognized for their work.

Well I'm not sure how I could have done that :s
Frankly all I do is collect beautiful wallpapers when browsing the internet on my spare time, sometimes they come without sources by default and sometimes they are removed... I really can't know.
I always save them "as is" and I uploaded "as is" I'm not even changing the file names, but further that that I can't guess the sources or if it had any to begin with, I guess maybe some website that host tons batches of wallpapers remove watermarks or something .
Sorry about that.
Artists do deserve recognition for their work though I agree whole heartedly.

That's ok Slashout, I didn't think it was you who had removed the watermark, just thought that I would indicate the original image as I find his work top notch.

Garat is stalking this topic everytime in the hunt for awesome inspiration and new wallpapers he can leech off the community! ( he must be a wallpaper vampire )

But anyways it would indeed be nice if people refer onto who made this and who made that,personally those i have found are just randomely found on the web. Sadly finding the Original makers can become difficult at times when they pass through 50 different people and so on.

Google Search by Image may help in locating the original artists. I'll usually just check the highest resolution first and more often than not it will be the correct source. Of course with "wallpaper style" images you may only find results in the standard monitor resolutions.

Made this a few years back. Was fairly easy in the end although I wish i had put more of the shock wave on the planet instead. Doesn't look like gravity has any effect.

You can always just say that the force of the impact was just so great, that the force of gravity is negligible. I really don't care about realism in most stuff. That is why I backed PA. Just as scathis said in response to the question about sound in space: "Of course there's sound in space! Because we're not shooting for realism, we're shooting for awesome!"

And i hate to break it to you. You're picture is AWESOME!

And not only yours, all of the other pics hear are AWESOME as well!
