Mouse issue (not lag or something)

I have no idea what it is but apparently my mouse is permanently stuck in the position of going to the left. Whenever I tried the tutorial the screen just kept spinning and whenever I was in the options it just automatically goes to the smallest value whenever my mouse hovers over them. Help please.

Do you have a game pad connected? If you do (especially if it is one of those console converted ones like ps2 -> PC) the dead zone may be slightly off on one of the analog sticks causing the effect you described. Best fix is to unplug the controller, or if you are able with the controller, recalibrate the analog sticks. Hope this helps

That was actually my first thought because I had one plugged in but I unplugged it and relaunched the game and the issue persisted.

What is the mouse you are having this issue with?
