    Hudson just wrapped it all up in a package with a pretty bow. Nailed everything on the head. The character has been nerfed to near uselessness in all facets, defense (cant earn cash to build turrets that no one else builds, or if you do you can't upgrade squat on your character) and offense (he has no offense except smashing whiney assassins in the face with the shotgun).

    Another thing I would mention that ruined the character as a by-product of all the nerf trampling... his sponsors. THe priority of sponsorships on the Support play counter to who the support is. You're actually required to use lame sponsors just to get up to basic usability. Forget about that tempting Rapid Fire sponsor, you need Regen, Armor, and ___fill in the blank with the worthless bronze sponsor___. It's now almost nessicary to run with Gold regen.

    If you don't you can end up dead, respawning, with your firebase destroyed, no airstrikes and no hack.. all 3 regenerating as slow as dirt even @ lvl3 with gold endorsement. This is the worst part about everything. What other character does this even happen to? NONE. NOT ONE. HOW GREAT IT FEELS to be dead and have absolutely no weapon at your disposal at all whatsoever, except your shotgun, which is basically useless unless an assassin comes rushing up to you after respawn, and on top of that? NO MONEY. Dead, useless, waiting for all powers to regen, can't buy a stick of gum, nothing. Awesome, awesome, AWESOME character! YAY! Put a turd on his head and call him Popeye! Oh yeah, and juice? Fuggedaboutit. Churros my a$$. Who cares about rare&weak Churros when you can't even enter the battlefield, let alone afford to manage a defense.

    Never thought I'd agree with you on much. But I agree on most of the stuff you said but I don't think the rewards would be enough.

    As a player that almost always plays Support, I have to 100% agree with what Hudson said. Return enemy turret hack time to what it was before the update but at Hack 3. Right now it's a joke, no one does it. I've seen enemy hacked turrets maybe 2-3 times since the hack update was released, on serious games, not one sided matches. I never do it, it's a completely futile attempt.

    The airstrike I would like to see returned to its old cooldown, but I would settle for somewhere in the middle between what it was and what it is. If you're not using a Skill endorsement, you can't count on airstrikes.

    Supports have to use the 3 same endorsements.
    Rof, Skill Recovery, Armor

    2 of those endorsements were forced upon us with nerfs. Healgun RoF slowdown and Airstrike Nerf. And if you're not wearing armor, assassins make a meal out of you.

    Thank God he has a turret, an airstrike, and a shotgun that turns low armor Pros into shrapnel.

    What like 5 air strikes a game oh so overpowered. God forbid he has a gun that can actually kill. He's already been nerfed enough he don't need to be nerfed more.

    I didn't say he's OP. I said nobody's underpowered. There's a difference. I don't think he needs a nerf.

    Maybe support passive 2 should make the turrets he builds drop money like presents?

    What I want to know is, what is the definition of "Support" supposed to be. I see complaints that he was "too offensive and not supportive". I didn't realize he was supposed to be the team "mommy". Staying at home, polishing the turrets and handing out hugs to team mates as they leave the spawn room after getting their asses kicked.

    Spamming the airstrike? God forbid I get to use the airstrike more often than a base assassin can juice after taking a gold skill regen endorsement and spending $850 to get the lvl 3 airstrike.

    Yeah, of all the classes, the support has been nerfed the hardest (or would that be softest?). I dont bitch about the other classes. I think the constant nerfing is going to make mnc unplayable at some point. I just find it funny that all these "slayer" classes seem to get extra mad when a support actually leaves his base and starts poking back.

    I think that support's shotgun should have use for acc to make the bullets nail dead on for a better mid range. I know the range of the gun is horrid but its extremely powerful. The support has only one long range weapon and that's the air strike. However being limited on it's use leaves you a sitting duck. THOUGH however you have access to any bot or pro on your team along with your firebases range and hacks.

    Still the shotgun needs a buff in some kind of form I think. Anyone else with me?

    Maybe increase a little bit their rate of fire. Keyword being "bit", before anyone starts crying foul.

    Shotgun is fine, Supports should be running Gold RoF to heal up bots and pros as quickly as possible, which in turn makes your shotgun pretty darned fast.

    Support has no use for accuracy, it doesn't affect his HHGun, and it does not increase the range of the shotgun, it makes your job harder when aiming/fighting. It SHOULD increase the range to compensate for the smaller reticle, but it doesn't so it's useless.

    RoF is not that efficient, at least for me. I've had to run with Gold Armor, Silver RoF and Bronze Skill to increase my chances at giving a better fight. Previously I ran with Gold RoF, Silver Speed and Bronze Skill.

    Before, I could just drop a firebase and not worry whether it was taken down or not, as I'd follow a teammate and heal + toss airstrikes for cover or retreating. Now I'm lucky if my firebase isn't taken out even while I'm babysitting it, provided I don't get killed while at it.

    I call BS. Maybe against some nubs in pubs, but if thats the case you weren't "pure defensive" and likely had your FB out mid map kill bots/pros while you babysat it. Either that or your whole team was turtling and letting the bots/pros get really close to your base (annoyingly common on Ammo and GIII) If you don't leave your base you won't earn jack squat.. simple math...., and if you dont protect your FB and kill some bots, you definitely won't earn anything.

    Anyways, no use going back and forth on this forever... there already seems to be an overwhelming consenus on the subject...
