Broken PayPal payment option

Hello!
Having failed to back PA during the Kickstarter period, I wanted to pre-order the game. However, my card has a bunch of not finalized transactions from Steam Autumn Sale, which makes me unable to use Amazon Payment. So I went to try PayPal, since I have an account and I have already used it before.
So I go to Store, click "Add to cart" under Galactic Edition and proceed to checkout. Then I click PayPal and...
And nothing happens. Well, maybe other than the "loading" circle. So I reload the page and do the same, but with Javascript console on. Here's what I got.
Apparently someone renamed/deleted/forgot to upload whatever should be under this URL, so Ajax (or any other method, though seeing jQuery...) request returns 404, making PayPal payment impossible.
Guys, I'd really love to pre-order this game. I love SupCom and I want to see a proper sequel, but you're not making it too easy.

Oh, and it would seem that the payment is broken for non-US in general. I just came back from my bank and they told me there's no limit on "unfinished transactions" on my account/card, meaning said bank wasn't the cause of Amazon Payments transaction failures (four of them). My wild guess is that the amount (90 PLN instead of 90 USD, as seen on my screencap) might be the cause, as Amazon might go derp when they attempt to transmit different amount than requested.

When we first launched the pre-orders, we had some instances of payment issues on Amazon, but since then, had no reports of payment processing problems. If you get in touch, please indicate browser and operating system. Not many known issues with any browser, though Opera seems to be the least reliable with Javascript.

I am having the trouble with my Paypal accout ...!!!
It is not showing Balance correctly...!!!
I have 2000$ in my account but it is showing only 1475$...!!!
why my balance is not showing correctly...!!!

We can't debug PayPal account issues for you. You really need to talk to PayPal about that.

I started noticing new spam bots on the forums, and they always put their own name in their sig. Normally, though, they have two numbers at the end of their name. This still might be one. I also believe the guy right under your second to last post is one.
