    Yes it could be done (8 cores cpu)
    but would it be fun to play with out mouse and keyboard?
    Also would there even be a market for it?

    PS3 supported mouse and KB, so it could be done.

    UT3 could be played with Mouse and KB on ps3 :p

    I do not think there are problems. as the PS4 PS3 keyboard and mouse support in addition there is such a thing SmartGlass microsoft handy for games like these.
    also creative to develop a total war for console next gen.
