Not gonna happen. They're already concerned that 32 bit systems won't be able to fully handle the game. There is no way a phone could possibly manage.

This is not a good idea. Imposible to run game, replays or screen from game. Only way is to see some ingame economic data, but it isn good when you need to look down on your phone or tablet. Better just get another monitor. Other way is to get user account stats, chat or something like that when you are outsite and want to know what is happening
Well new taps or phones are pretty powerfull should be able to run a replay. And if not encode the replay serversides in a videostream and view that. Also tab as input device!!!
no, becouse its in ARM architecture, and game is for intels 32/64bit architecture. You need to write engine and game from begining to run on that. Also mobile devices uses max OpenGL 2.0 - this is rly old
So tabs are not able to view videostreams? Please dont tell mine. cuz till now its doing thaz pretty fine. -.- And input device should work also. Works for vlc az least.

I don't think you understand hardware. This has little to do with input. Phones simply don't have the ability to render that many units, especially not in 3d.
