Custom Classes Gone

After latest patch, lost all my custom classes, did not get money refunded. I should have enough money for 3-4 but only have enough for 1 now

Lost all my custom classes again today after losing connection to steam. When I start game, it loaded up tutorial and all keys were back to default. Please fix this issue as it'd be very frustrating if this was live.

I have this issue as well, everytime steam goes down I lose all of my classes and settings.

Same for me and my wife

We could really use an answer here this is really annoying.

Just wanted to post and say that this happened to me too.

Haven't had this happen to me except on the first patch..

I guess I'll make sure to keep enough money in the bank for the first 2 slots, just in case

Money is as well. Everything is wiped out but stats and ProTags. But money, custom characters, and settings are deleted.

Yesterday I logged out of MNC and logged back in shortly afterwards and all my custom class unlocks were gone. I also had $0 so I wasn't able to afford to unlock any custom classes. I restarted the game again and wound up with enough cash for one custom unlock. At that point I just figured I would take what I could get as one custom class unlock is enough to make more cash.

This has also happened when the game crashes, but not since the last patch (the little one). I'm not positive if it has happened since Beta Update 1 due to the game crashing or not.

On a side note I've resorted to purchasing highlights with my spare cash as those seem to not disappear once they are purchased.
