I recently got MNC on Steam as a gift from my girlfriend, but whenever I try to install it to play the beta, I get a message saying the following: "No Steam content servers are currently configured to deliver content for this game. This will be corrected soon. Please try again in a few minutes." I've spent since yesterday trying again and again to install but I just keep getting the same message every time.
Go into steam Settings > Downloads+Cloud > Download region, and change it to a different region until you find one that works. Other people have encountered this problem and have resolved it by choosing a server that actually has the files.
That did the trick. For some reason, it was set to Pittsburgh, when I live in New York. So thanks for the tip.
You're the second or third person I've heard of who had that exact problem (live in or near new york, had it set to pittsburgh). What's the deal with steam and pittsburgh.
