Server is up, I'm just waiting on one thing before I send out the IP. I set the max players at 6 for now just to see how it handles. Not that I'm expecting for there to ever be 6 people.

There's a nifty book at Nook's Cranney. You should do what it says. Remember you'll need Feed the Beast.

I successfully tricked someone into using my trap, so fair warning, you can't get out of the book at spawn without my help, so don't use it unless you're really curious. The dimension was engineered by me to be the worst place ever. Or at least the worst I was currently able to make it.

That was when enchanting and potions and hunger got added. Along with a bunch of stuff that was decent.

You mean the update that added complexity to PvP beyond "hit thing with stick, eat prokchop?"

Hunger is the best thing to happen to survival/pvp minecraft since forever.

I could see how potions screwed pvp over.

I liked Minecraft with my RP group from WoW, although hated having to DL so many addons. I just liked making my nordic fortress city.

I entertained the idea of RPing (my friend is heavily into it), but I'd just find myself never interacting with people with a fantasy mindset, get bored of it, and just build/mine by myself until I quit lol.

i usually mine in a pub until they notice my nazi overlord skin and i get booted, so i stopped playing online

Someone posted a really good Pit Girl minecraft skin on these forums a looooooong time back, and didn't post the actual file to use it ;_;
